Long Life Lubrication of Mechanical Couplings.
Vortex™ is a bonding grease for couplings, with a lithium-polymer thickener specifically formulated for the long-term lubrication of mechanical couplings. Vortex™ can be used on couplings of any size and speed.
Robust extreme pressure and anti-wear additives in combination with a high viscosity fluid ensure protection against abrasive wear that is generated by low amplitude, high frequency movements found in industrial couplings.
The results of the high speed centrifuge test (ASTM D-4425) demonstrated that the double thickener used in Vortex™ allows only a tiny separation of the oil, even at 15,000 rpm.
