Railmaster® LF grease is a premium, high-performance lubricant for rail bends. Railmaster® LF grease has been touting in the field as an important cost-cutting factor in railroads, doing what a curved rail grease has to do. It coats the inner side face of the rail, protecting it from wear and tear.
Transport down rail: Railmaster® LF grease has been observed up to 13 km from the point of application.
Rain resistance: Railmaster® LF can be applied to wet rails, being resistant to torrential rain.
Wide temperature range: there are several grades of Railmaster® LF grease. Each degree is applicable over a wide temperature range. In many cases, only one type can be used throughout the year.
Evenly goes down into the reservoir: Railmaster® LF does not cause cavitation in the pumps. Despite its robust consistency and track grip, the level drops smoothly on the applicator reservoir walls, with minimal vortexing.
Stays on spray bar: forms a vertical drop as it leaves the spray bar nozzle. Does not splash when hit by the wheel.
Easily visible: no close inspection is necessary to notice the film on the inner face of the track.
