Moly Dry is a dry lubricant with a low coefficient of friction (only 0.03), which contains microscopic Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2) particles suspended in a fast evaporating liquid. Dry MoS2 powder adheres to surfaces without the need for heating or baking as it forms a tough film in seconds.
Moly Dry adheres to both ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces, plastics, ceramics, rubber and wood. In addition, it has high chemical and thermal stability, being inert to water, oil, alkalis, various acids and solids.
Moly Dry prevents scratching, catching, stickslip, fretting, corrosion and metal-to-metal contact.
