The need to reduce downtime due to assembly problems or bag breakages in bag filters for process or dedusting has brought to the market several leak detection systems, including fluorescent powder.

UNOTECH has gone a step further, creating a new generation of fluorescent powders with higher black light reflectivity and smaller particle size. FINDLEAK was developed by bag filter specialists, using a blend capable of penetrating even small flaws, enabling the identification of problems in equipment with poor gas distribution and leak points that were not previously identifiable.

In addition, with a more efficient weight x volume ratio, the required amount of dust per m2 of filter media is much smaller, which means much more savings in use.
